Accessibility Statement
Last updated: May 07, 2026
At Infi Developments, makers of AI Toolbox (formerly ChatGPT Toolbox), the unified Chrome extension for ChatGPT, Gemini, and Claude, we are committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people of all abilities. We continuously improve the user experience for everyone and apply the relevant accessibility standards to our website and our browser extension.
1. Conformance Status
Our website and extensions are designed to conform with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with disabilities, including visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, language, learning, and neurological disabilities.
We are actively working toward WCAG 2.2 Level AA conformance and full alignment with the European Accessibility Act (EAA) requirements that apply from June 2025. Where WCAG 2.2 introduces new success criteria (such as Focus Not Obscured, Dragging Movements, and Target Size), we apply them to new and updated components as we ship them.
While we strive for full conformance, we acknowledge that some areas may not yet fully meet every guideline. We are actively working to identify and resolve any gaps.
2. Accessibility Features
We have implemented the following accessibility features across our website and extensions:
Website
- Semantic HTML structure with proper heading hierarchy for screen reader navigation.
- Sufficient color contrast ratios between text and background elements.
- Keyboard-navigable interface - all interactive elements are accessible via keyboard.
- Descriptive alt text on all meaningful images.
- Responsive design that adapts to different screen sizes and zoom levels up to 200%.
- Focus indicators on interactive elements for keyboard users.
- ARIA landmarks and labels where appropriate to enhance screen reader experience.
Browser Extension
- AI Toolbox ChatGPT module: Multi-language support with text direction (RTL and LTR) for 10 languages including Arabic and Hebrew. Keyboard-accessible controls and navigation.
- AI Toolbox Claude module: Multi-language UI supporting 10 locales with RTL support. Keyboard-accessible controls and navigation.
- AI Toolbox Gemini module: English-only interface. Keyboard-accessible controls including keyboard shortcuts for search.
- Clear visual hierarchy and readable typography across every module.
- Consistent, predictable interface patterns across all features and modules.
3. Technical Specifications
The accessibility of our website and AI Toolbox relies on the following technologies to work with your browser and any assistive technologies installed on your device:
- HTML5: Semantic markup for meaningful document structure.
- WAI-ARIA: Accessible Rich Internet Applications attributes for dynamic content.
- CSS3: Visual presentation with responsive and accessible design.
- JavaScript (React, Next.js): Interactive functionality with accessibility built in.
These technologies are relied upon for conformance with the accessibility standards used. AI Toolbox is compatible with Chromium-based browsers (Chrome, Edge, Brave, Opera, Arc, and others) and works alongside popular screen readers including NVDA, JAWS, and VoiceOver across every module.
4. Known Limitations
Despite our best efforts, some content may not yet be fully accessible. Known limitations include:
- Some third-party embedded content (for example, YouTube videos, payment forms via LemonSqueezy or Polar) may not fully conform to WCAG 2.1 AA standards, as these are controlled by external providers.
- Certain interactive elements within the AI platforms (ChatGPT by OpenAI, Gemini by Google, Claude by Anthropic) that AI Toolbox enhances are governed by those platforms and may have their own accessibility limitations.
We are actively working to address these limitations and improve accessibility wherever possible.
5. Assessment Approach
We assess the accessibility of our website and AI Toolbox through:
- Regular self-evaluation using automated accessibility testing tools.
- Manual testing with keyboard navigation and screen readers.
- Continuous monitoring as new features and content are added.
- Incorporating user feedback to identify and prioritize accessibility improvements.
6. Feedback and Contact
We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of our products. If you encounter any accessibility barriers, have difficulty accessing any content, or have suggestions for improvement, please contact us:
- Email: [email protected]
- Subject line: Accessibility Feedback
We take all accessibility feedback seriously and will respond within 5 business days. We will work with you to understand the issue and find a solution.
7. Enterprise Pages
Enterprise features are currently available for the ChatGPT module of AI Toolbox only. All Enterprise-specific pages, including the admin dashboard, seat management, and team analytics, are covered under the same WCAG 2.1 Level AA commitment described in this statement. We apply identical accessibility standards to Enterprise features as to the rest of our website and AI Toolbox.
8. Enforcement and Complaint Procedure
If you are not satisfied with our response to your accessibility concern, you may escalate the matter to the relevant accessibility enforcement body in your jurisdiction. In the European Union, you may also contact your national equality body or data protection authority.
