The ChatGPT module adds folders, subfolders, pinned chats, bookmarks, prompt management, bulk actions, media gallery, audio download, usage tracking, and cross-device sync. Visit the Chrome Web Store, search for "AI Toolbox", and click "Add to Chrome". It works on all Chromium-based browsers (Chrome, Edge, Brave, Opera, Arc, and more). The extension installs in seconds and starts working immediately on chatgpt.com, gemini.google.com, and claude.ai. No account creation required for the free plan.
Yes. The ChatGPT module of AI Toolbox works with OpenAI’s ChatGPT web interface at chatgpt.com, including every current model (GPT-5.5, GPT-5.5 pro, GPT-5.4, GPT-5.4 pro, GPT-5.4 mini, GPT-5.4 nano, GPT-5 mini, GPT-5 nano, GPT-5, GPT-4.1) and all ChatGPT plans (Free, Plus, Pro, Team, Enterprise). It also works with custom GPTs.
AI Toolbox works on all Chromium-based browsers: Chrome, Edge, Brave, Opera, Arc, Vivaldi, and others. Firefox and Safari are not supported at this time.

Create folders in the sidebar, then open a folder, search for a conversation by name, and pick it from the results to add it. You can create unlimited folders and subfolders (Premium) or up to 2 folders on the free plan. Folders sync across all your devices and browsers automatically.
Yes. Pin any conversation to the top of your chat list for instant access. Free users can pin up to 2 chats; Premium users get unlimited pins.
Save your best prompts to a personal library for one-click reuse. You can also create prompt chains: sequences of prompts that execute one after another. Free users get 2 prompts; Premium unlocks unlimited prompts, chains, and access to 100+ pre-built prompts.
Yes. Premium users can bulk delete, bulk archive, bulk unarchive, and bulk export conversations. Select multiple chats and perform the action in one click. Export formats include TXT and JSON.
Convert any ChatGPT message to an MP3 audio file with one click. Free users get 1 voice option; Premium users can choose from 9 different voices. You can also download Advanced Voice Mode conversations.
The Usage Tracker monitors your ChatGPT activity, including messages sent (by mode: Instant, Thinking, Auto), time spent, rate limit status, activity streaks, and estimated API costs. Free users see today’s summary and rate limits. Premium adds history charts, activity heatmaps, detailed statistics, Wrapped-style shareable summaries (weekly/monthly/yearly), and cloud sync for usage data.
The advanced search lets you find any conversation in your history with exact match or inclusive search. Jump directly to specific messages. Free users see up to 5 results; Premium gives unlimited search results.
The Media Gallery collects all images generated or shared in your ChatGPT conversations into one browsable gallery. Available on both free and Premium plans.

They include the exact same features: unlimited folders, prompts, bulk actions, full usage tracker, and more. The only difference is billing. Premium is $9.99/month per platform (cancel anytime), while Premium Lifetime is a one-time $99 payment per platform that gives you permanent access, including every future update. There is also an All Access Lifetime at $149 one-time that covers all three platforms (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude) plus future ones. Most users choose a Lifetime tier because it pays for itself in under 10 months.

Your folders, prompts, and settings stay in your browser. If you cancel Premium, you keep access until the end of your billing period, then revert to Free plan limits (2 folders, 2 saved prompts, etc.). Your data isn’t deleted. If you upgrade again later, everything is still there.
Billing & Refunds
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, and Apple Pay. Individual plans are processed securely by Polar; Enterprise plans are processed through LemonSqueezy. We never see or store your card details.
Yes. No contracts, no cancellation fees. Cancel your Premium subscription at any time. You keep full access until the end of your current billing period.
Yes. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans (Premium Monthly, Premium Lifetime, and Enterprise). To request a refund, email [email protected] within 14 days of purchase. Refunds are subject to our refund policy, which voids eligibility when the service has been used extensively during the 14-day window (for example, bulk-exporting more than 50 conversations).Install free
Price changes do not affect your active subscription until the next renewal. Lifetime license holders are never affected by future price changes. You locked in your price forever.
Security & Privacy
Your conversations on ChatGPT, Gemini, and Claude never leave your browser. We cannot see, access, or store your conversation content. The only data synced to our servers (for cross-device sync) is folder names, prompts, chat/message IDs, and usage stats, all encrypted at rest. We use a zero-knowledge architecture, meaning we cannot read your synced data.
We do not collect personal data from the extension or our website. We don’t use cookies. We don’t run analytics on our website or inside the extension (Google Analytics is only on our Chrome Web Store listing, managed by Google). Your payment details are handled by Polar (for individual plans) or LemonSqueezy (for Enterprise plans). We only receive your email and payment status.
Yes. All conversation data stays in your browser. Synced data is encrypted at rest on our servers and we cannot read it. We comply with GDPR requirements including data access, rectification, erasure, and portability rights. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Uninstalling removes all locally stored data from your browser immediately. Server-side synced data (folders, prompts, IDs) remains until you request deletion by emailing [email protected]. We process deletion requests within 30 days.
Enterprise & Teams
Enterprise gives your entire team access to all Premium features, plus an admin dashboard for member and seat management, centralized billing with a single invoice, and team usage analytics. It’s designed for organizations that want to roll out AI Toolbox across their team with full control.
Enterprise starts at $12 per seat per month (or $10/seat billed annually, saving 17%) with a 5-seat minimum. You only pay for active seats. Add or remove team members anytime from your admin dashboard, and billing adjusts automatically.

From the Admin Dashboard, go to Seats and use the +/- controls. Adding seats charges a prorated amount for the remaining billing period. Removing seats takes effect at the next renewal.
Yes. Switch anytime from the Dashboard billing page. Proration is automatic: upgrade credits are applied immediately, and downgrade credits roll to your next invoice.
Removed members revert to the free plan. Their data is preserved, and they can purchase a Premium plan individually to regain full access.
Unlimited. All seats are the same price. Admin is a role, not a separate billing tier. You can have as many admins as you need.
Your team keeps full access for 5 days while we retry payment. Update your payment method in the billing portal to avoid losing access.
Go to Dashboard → Billing → Manage Subscription to access your billing portal, where you can cancel anytime. Your team keeps access until the end of the current billing period.
Yes. Seats are only assigned when someone accepts an invite. If all seats are filled when someone tries to accept, they’ll see a ‘no seats available’ message.
