Your conversations on ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude and Grok stay in your browser, and we never store your conversation content. PDF export, Context Mentions on a long chat and Carry this chat forward send the text of the chat you pick to our servers for processing, and nothing is kept afterwards. The data synced to our servers (for cross-device sync) is what you build in the extension: folder names, prompts, bookmarks, labels, tag rules, pins, chat/message IDs, usage stats and settings, all encrypted at rest with keys held by our infrastructure. That protects your data if our database is ever accessed without authorization; it is not zero-knowledge encryption, because our servers decrypt it to serve it back to your extension. The content of the prompts you save is stored this way.

We never collect the content of your conversations. The extension runs no third-party analytics: it only adds to anonymous feature counters, with no per-user profile. Our website loads Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity only after you accept them in the cookie banner; until then neither runs. Your payment details are handled by Polar (for all current plans) or LemonSqueezy (for legacy subscriptions). We only receive your email and payment status.

Yes. All conversation data stays in your browser. Synced data (including the content of saved prompts) is encrypted at rest on our servers with keys held by our infrastructure, which protects it against unauthorized access to that database rather than being zero-knowledge encryption. We comply with GDPR requirements including data access, rectification, erasure, and portability rights. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Uninstalling removes all locally stored data from your browser immediately. Server-side synced data (folders, prompts, IDs) remains until you request deletion by emailing support@infi-dev.com. We process deletion requests within 30 days.

Teams gives your entire team access to all Premium features, plus an admin dashboard for member and seat management, centralized billing with a single invoice, and team usage analytics. It’s designed for organizations that want to roll out AI Toolbox across their team with full control.

Teams costs $15 per seat per month for small teams (or $12 per seat per month billed annually, saving 20%), with a 2-seat minimum and a lower per-seat price as the team grows. You pay for the seats on your plan. The account owner can change the seat count anytime from the admin dashboard, and billing adjusts automatically.

Self-serve: pick a seat count on the Teams page, check out with Polar, and your 14-day free trial starts before anything is billed. Invite teammates by email from the admin dashboard; they install the extension and accept. For 50 or more seats, or if you need procurement help, use the Teams contact form and a founder replies within a business day.

The account owner goes to Seats in the Admin Dashboard and uses the +/- controls. The new seat count is applied to your subscription right away and billing adjusts automatically. You can't go below your number of active members.

Yes. Switch anytime from the Dashboard billing page. Proration is automatic: upgrade credits are applied immediately, and downgrade credits roll to your next invoice.

Removed members revert to the free plan. Their data is preserved, and they can purchase a Premium plan individually to regain full access.

Unlimited. All seats are the same price. Admin is a role, not a separate billing tier. You can have as many admins as you need.

Your team keeps full access for 5 days while we retry payment. Update your payment method in the billing portal to avoid losing access.

Go to Dashboard → Billing → Manage Subscription to access your billing portal, where you can cancel anytime. Your team keeps access until the end of the current billing period.

No. Every pending invite holds a seat, so once your seats are all taken by members and pending invites, new invites are refused. Remove a pending invite to free its seat, or add seats first.

Folders persist on our backend and are keyed to your X account, so they survive an upgrade and stay in sync between x.com and grok.com.

The free plan exports any single Grok chat as TXT, as often as you like: use Export this chat in the AI Toolbox features window, Export in a chat's three-dot menu in the grok.com sidebar, or the export button on a row in Manage Chats.
