We value your satisfaction and aim to provide you with the best possible experience. Please read our refund policy carefully to understand your rights and our obligations regarding refunds.

General Refund Policy

At Infi Developments, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our product. If you experience any issues or are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact our support team at [email protected].

Eligibility for Refunds

Refund eligibility works in two ways. The 14-day money-back guarantee covers initial purchases only. Every other request, including any request relating to a renewal charge, is assessed against the specific grounds listed below.

1. The 14-day money-back guarantee (initial purchases only)

You may request a refund within 14 calendar days of your initial purchase, provided you have not used the service extensively during that period (see "What Counts as Extensive Use" below). Within that window and that condition, you do not need to justify the request.

2. Grounds-based refunds (all other requests)

Outside the 14-day guarantee, refunds are considered only under the following circumstances:

• Technical Issues: If you encounter technical problems that prevent you from accessing or using our products' features, and we are unable to resolve them.
• Misrepresentation: If the service does not match the description provided at the time of purchase.
• Defective Service: If the service provided is defective or not functioning as intended.
• Duplicate or Unauthorized Charge: If you were charged twice for the same billing period, or a charge was made without your authorization.
• Cancellation Not Honored: If you completed a cancellation before your renewal date and were charged anyway.
• Legal Requirement: Where mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence requires a refund (see Mandatory Consumer Rights).

Requests on these grounds are assessed case by case and may require evidence such as screenshots, order IDs, or cancellation confirmations.

Renewal Charges

Monthly and Annual subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You agreed to automatic renewal at checkout. Because you have already evaluated the product across a full billing period, renewal payments fall outside the money-back guarantee.

• Cancel any time: You can cancel from your account or from the customer portal linked in your purchase confirmation email. Cancellation is immediate and free, and you keep Premium access until the end of the period you already paid for.
• Your renewal date: Your renewal date and billing amount are shown in your original purchase confirmation email and in your customer portal at any time. We do not send separate renewal reminder emails, so please cancel in advance if you do not wish to renew.
• Price at renewal: Your subscription renews at the price stated in your original purchase confirmation unless we notify you of a change in advance. Prices published for new customers do not apply retroactively to existing subscriptions, in either direction.
• Partial periods: We do not issue partial or pro-rata refunds for the unused remainder of a renewed billing period.

A renewal charge will still be refunded where one of the grounds under "Grounds-based refunds" above applies, most commonly a duplicate charge, an unauthorized charge, a charge made after you had already cancelled, or where mandatory consumer protection law in your country requires it.

Switching instead of refunding: If a renewal no longer suits you, contact us at [email protected]. We can cancel future billing and, where available, apply the value of your current period toward a Lifetime or All Access Lifetime plan.

Refund Requests

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

1. Contact Support: Email us at [email protected] with your purchase details, including the email used for registration and a description of the issue.
2. Investigation: Our support team will investigate the issue and may request additional information or screenshots to better understand the problem.
3. Resolution: We aim to resolve your issue within 5 business days. If the problem cannot be resolved, we will approve your refund and process it within an additional 5-10 business days.

Refund Processing

• Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment used at the time of purchase.
• Once approved, refunds are issued within 5-10 business days. Please allow up to an additional 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Subscription Plans

For our subscription-based services:

• Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current billing period.
• Refunds for Subscriptions (Monthly and Annual): Refunds for subscriptions are considered only if requested within 14 days of the initial purchase, meaning the first payment on a new subscription, and only when the service has not been used extensively during that period (see "What Counts as Extensive Use" below).
• Renewals: Renewal charges on Monthly and Annual subscriptions are not covered by the 14-day guarantee and are non-refundable, except on the grounds listed under "Eligibility for Refunds" above. See Renewal Charges.
• Lifetime Plans (single platform and All Access): The same 14-day, Extensive-Use-limited eligibility applies to one-time Lifetime purchases. After the 14-day window, Lifetime purchases are non-refundable except in the discontinuation scenario described in our Terms of Service.
• Teams Plans: Teams plan refunds (currently available for the ChatGPT module only) follow the same 14-day policy, applied to the initial purchase only. Renewal invoices are non-refundable on the same terms as individual plans. If your team is not satisfied within 14 days of the initial purchase, contact us at [email protected] for a full refund. Partial refunds for seat adjustments are handled automatically through your admin dashboard.

Teams Plan Refund Terms

Teams plans cover every AI Toolbox module (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and Grok) on each seat. Teams plan refunds are calculated on a per-seat basis. The 14-day money-back guarantee applies to new Teams subscriptions. Partial refunds are not available for mid-cycle seat removals.

What Counts as Extensive Use

To keep refunds available for genuine evaluation while preventing abuse, the following uses are considered extensive and void refund eligibility within the 14-day window:

• Bulk export usage: Exporting more than 50 conversations in total using the bulk or folder export feature at any point since your purchase, or any single bulk export request of more than 25 conversations.
• Other high-volume value extraction: Use that, in our reasonable assessment, indicates the purchase was made primarily to extract data, content, or downloads rather than to evaluate the product for ongoing use.

Single-conversation exports, normal feature exploration, and standard daily use do not count as extensive use and do not affect your refund eligibility.

Waiver of Withdrawal Right (EU/UK)

For customers in the European Union and United Kingdom: our products are digital services delivered immediately upon purchase. By completing checkout and ticking the corresponding consent at the order summary, you expressly request immediate performance of the service and acknowledge that you lose your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal once you begin using the paid features. This is permitted under Article 16(m) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU and the equivalent UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

The voluntary 14-day money-back guarantee described above remains available regardless of jurisdiction, subject to the "Extensive Use" limits.

Mandatory Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any right you have under the mandatory consumer protection law of your country of residence. Where such law entitles you to a remedy that this policy does not otherwise provide, including in relation to a renewal charge, that law prevails and we will honor it.

This includes, for example, statutory guarantees that a digital service is fit for purpose and matches its description, and any statutory right to a repair, replacement, or refund where it is not. If you believe a mandatory right applies to your situation, tell us in your request and identify your country of residence so we can assess it correctly.

Abuse Prevention

We reserve the right to deny refund requests, refuse future purchases, and disable accounts where we detect patterns consistent with refund abuse. Examples include, but are not limited to:

• Repeated subscribe-then-refund cycles using the same or related email addresses or payment methods.
• Using the service primarily to perform high-volume bulk exports or downloads followed by a refund request.
• Coordinated activity across multiple accounts that appears designed to extract value without payment.

Email addresses associated with prior refunds may be blocked from re-purchasing. If you believe your account was flagged in error, please contact us at [email protected].

Exceptions

Refunds will not be granted under the following conditions:

• Renewal Charges: Renewal payments on Monthly, Annual, and Teams subscriptions, except on the grounds set out under "Eligibility for Refunds" above or where mandatory consumer law requires otherwise.
• Change of Mind: Refunds are not provided for change of mind or if you no longer wish to use the service, once the 14-day window on your initial purchase has passed.
• Forgotten or Unused Subscriptions: Not having used the service during a billing period, or not having noticed an upcoming renewal, does not on its own create refund eligibility.
• Extensive Use: If your account triggered any of the "Extensive Use" thresholds described above during the 14-day window.
• Violations of Terms: If you violate our Terms of Service, you are not eligible for a refund.
