General Refund Policy
At Infi Developments, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our products. If you experience any issues or are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact our support team at [email protected].
Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are considered under the following circumstances:
- Technical Issues: If you encounter technical problems that prevent you from accessing or using our products' features.
- Misrepresentation: If the service does not match the description provided at the time of purchase.
- Defective Service: If the service provided is defective or not functioning as intended.
Refund Requests
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Contact Support: Email us at [email protected] with your purchase details, including the email used for registration and a description of the issue.
- Investigation: Our support team will investigate the issue and may request additional information or screenshots to better understand the problem.
- Resolution: We will endeavor to resolve your issue within 5-7 business days. If the problem cannot be resolved, we will process your refund.
Refund Processing
- Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment used at the time of purchase.
- Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Subscription Plans
For our subscription-based services:
- Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current billing period.
- Refunds for Subscriptions: Refunds for subscriptions are considered only if requested within 14 days of the initial purchase and only when the service has not been used extensively during that period (see "What Counts as Extensive Use" below).
- Enterprise Plans: Enterprise plan refunds (currently available for ChatGPT Toolbox only) follow the same 14-day policy. If your team is not satisfied within 14 days of purchase, contact us at [email protected] for a full refund. Partial refunds for seat adjustments are handled automatically through your admin dashboard.
Enterprise Plan Refund Terms
Enterprise plans are currently available for ChatGPT Toolbox only. Enterprise plan refunds are calculated on a per-seat basis. The 14-day money-back guarantee applies to new Enterprise subscriptions. Partial refunds are not available for mid-cycle seat removals.
What Counts as Extensive Use
To keep refunds available for genuine evaluation while preventing abuse, the following uses are considered extensive and void refund eligibility within the 14-day window:
- Bulk export usage: Exporting more than 50 conversations in total using the bulk or folder export feature, or any single bulk export request of more than 25 conversations.
- Other high-volume value extraction: Use that, in our reasonable assessment, indicates the purchase was made primarily to extract data, content, or downloads rather than to evaluate the product for ongoing use.
Single-conversation exports, normal feature exploration, and standard daily use do not count as extensive use and do not affect your refund eligibility.
Waiver of Withdrawal Right (EU/UK)
For customers in the European Union and United Kingdom: our products are digital services delivered immediately upon purchase. By completing checkout and ticking the corresponding consent at the order summary, you expressly request immediate performance of the service and acknowledge that you lose your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal once you begin using the paid features. This is permitted under Article 16(m) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU and the equivalent UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
The voluntary 14-day money-back guarantee described above remains available regardless of jurisdiction, subject to the "Extensive Use" limits.
Abuse Prevention
We reserve the right to deny refund requests, refuse future purchases, and disable accounts where we detect patterns consistent with refund abuse. Examples include, but are not limited to:
- Repeated subscribe-then-refund cycles using the same or related email addresses or payment methods.
- Using the service primarily to perform high-volume bulk exports or downloads followed by a refund request.
- Coordinated activity across multiple accounts that appears designed to extract value without payment.
Email addresses associated with prior refunds may be blocked from re-purchasing. If you believe your account was flagged in error, please contact us at [email protected].
Exceptions
Refunds will not be granted under the following conditions:
- Change of Mind: Refunds are not provided for change of mind or if you no longer wish to use the service.
- Extensive Use: If your account triggered any of the "Extensive Use" thresholds described above during the 14-day window.
- Violations of Terms: If you violate our Terms of Service, you are not eligible for a refund.
