This Pricing Policy outlines the plans, pricing, billing terms, and refund conditions for AI Toolbox (formerly ChatGPT Toolbox), the unified Chrome extension published by Infi Developments. AI Toolbox covers three modules in one product: the ChatGPT module, the Gemini module, and the Claude module. By purchasing a paid plan, you agree to the terms described below.
1. Available Plans
AI Toolbox offers a single Free plan that covers all three modules and a paid Premium plan available in four billing options: Monthly per platform, Lifetime per platform, Lifetime All Access (every current and future platform), and Enterprise (ChatGPT module only, for teams).
Free Plan
- Access to core features across the ChatGPT, Gemini, and Claude modules, with usage limits including up to 2 folders, 2 pinned chats and bookmarks, 2 saved prompts, and 5 search results per query.
- Includes sync between devices and browsers, word and character counter, multi-language UI, and RTL/LTR text direction.
- Free of charge, no credit card required, no time limit.
Premium Monthly (per platform)
- Full, unlimited access to all module features including unlimited folders, subfolders, prompts, prompt chains, pinned chats, advanced search, and bulk actions.
- Includes export to TXT, Markdown, JSON, and PDF (where supported by the module), full prompt library, full usage tracker, and 24-hour support response time.
- Pricing per platform: ChatGPT module $9.99/month, Gemini module $9.99/month, Claude module $9.99/month.
- Each Monthly plan unlocks one platform. Subscription renews automatically each billing cycle until cancelled.
Premium Lifetime (per platform)
- All Premium features for the chosen platform, with identical functionality to the Monthly plan.
- Pay once and keep full access forever, including all future updates for that platform.
- Priority support with top-priority response time.
- Pricing per platform: ChatGPT module $99, Gemini module $99, Claude module $99. One-time payment.
- No recurring charges. No expiration.
All Access Lifetime
- All Premium features for every current AI Toolbox module (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude) and every future platform we release, with no extra charge.
- Top-priority support across every module.
- Price: $149 (one-time payment). Saves $148 compared to buying three single-platform Lifetime plans separately.
- No recurring charges. No expiration.
Enterprise (ChatGPT module only)
- All Premium features for every team member on the ChatGPT module, plus admin dashboard, seat management, centralized billing, and team usage analytics.
- Dedicated priority support with 12-hour response time.
- Price: $12 per seat per month on monthly billing, or $10 per seat per month on annual billing (save 17%).

All Access Lifetime
The All Access Lifetime plan is a single $149 one-time payment that unlocks every AI Toolbox module (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude) and every future platform we add to AI Toolbox, at no additional cost. New modules activate automatically when released. There are no recurring charges and no expiration date.
All Access Lifetime is processed by Polar. The 14-day money-back guarantee and Extensive Use rules apply across all included modules combined.
Enterprise Plan Billing
Enterprise plans are currently available for the ChatGPT module of AI Toolbox only. They are billed on a per-seat basis. Each seat costs $12 per month on monthly billing, or $10 per month on annual billing (billed as $120 per seat per year).
- Adding seats mid-cycle: When you add seats during an active billing period, the cost is automatically prorated for the remaining days in the current cycle. The new seat is activated immediately.
- Removing seats: Seat removals take effect at the start of the next renewal period. The removed member retains access until the current billing cycle ends, and you will not be charged for that seat on the next invoice.
- Minimum and maximum seats: Enterprise plans require a minimum of 5 seats and support a maximum of 200 seats at all times. For larger teams, contact us at [email protected].
- Switching billing frequency: You can switch between monthly and annual billing at any time from the admin dashboard. When switching, any remaining balance from your current plan is automatically prorated and applied as credit toward the new billing frequency.
2. Pricing and Currency
- All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD).
- Prices are inclusive of all applicable fees. Any local taxes or currency conversion charges applied by your bank or payment provider are your responsibility.
- We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect active subscriptions until the next renewal period, and existing Lifetime license holders will not be affected.
- Promotional or discounted pricing is valid only during the promotional period and cannot be applied retroactively.
3. Payment Methods
Individual plans (Premium Monthly and Premium Lifetime for the ChatGPT, Gemini, and Claude modules, as well as the All Access Lifetime plan) are processed by Polar. Enterprise plans (currently available for the ChatGPT module only) are processed by LemonSqueezy. We accept the following payment methods:
- Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover)
- PayPal
- Apple Pay
We do not store your payment details. All payment information is securely handled by our payment processors in compliance with PCI-DSS standards.
Email matching for entitlement: To recognize your subscription on the correct module, the email you use at checkout must match the email on your ChatGPT, Gemini, or Claude account for that module. If your checkout email differs, contact us at [email protected] and we will reconcile your entitlement.
4. Billing and Automatic Renewal
Monthly Premium Plan:
- Your subscription is billed on the same date each month. Payment is charged automatically at the start of each billing cycle.
- Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.
Enterprise Plan (ChatGPT module only):
- Billed monthly or annually based on the number of active seats.
- Seats can be added or removed at any time from the admin dashboard. Changes are prorated for the current billing period.
- Invoices are issued per billing cycle and sent to the billing administrator's email.
Premium Lifetime and All Access Lifetime:
- A single payment is charged at the time of purchase. No future billing occurs.
- All Access Lifetime automatically grants access to any new platforms added to AI Toolbox in the future, with no further charges.
5. Refund Policy
- Eligibility: You may request a refund within 14 calendar days of your initial purchase or most recent renewal, provided the service has not been used extensively (see our refund policy for the specific thresholds).
- How to request: Send an email to [email protected] with your registered email address and transaction details.
- Processing time: Once approved, refunds are issued within 5-10 business days to the original payment method. Please allow up to an additional 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
- After the refund period: Requests made after the 14-day window will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis but are not guaranteed.
- Upon refund: Your account will revert to the Free plan immediately. Data stored locally in your browser will remain accessible, but Premium features will be disabled.
6. Cancellation
Monthly Premium Plan:
- You may cancel your subscription at any time. No contracts, no cancellation fees.
- After cancellation, you retain full access to Premium features until the end of your current billing period.
- Once the billing period ends, your account reverts to the Free plan. Your data remains in your browser but feature limits will apply.
Enterprise Plan (ChatGPT module only):
- The billing administrator may cancel the Enterprise subscription at any time.
- Access continues until the end of the current billing period for all team members.
- Individual seats can be removed without cancelling the entire plan.
Premium Lifetime and All Access Lifetime:
- Lifetime access does not require cancellation. There are no recurring charges and no expiration date.
7. Plan Changes and Upgrades
- Free to Premium: You can upgrade from the Free plan to any paid plan at any time. Premium features activate immediately upon successful payment.
- Monthly to Lifetime: You can switch from a monthly subscription to the Lifetime plan at any time. Your monthly subscription will be cancelled and Lifetime access will begin immediately.
- Single-platform Lifetime to All Access Lifetime: Contact us at [email protected] to apply the value of your existing Lifetime purchase as credit toward the All Access Lifetime plan.
- Individual to Enterprise (ChatGPT module only): Contact us at [email protected] to migrate your account to an Enterprise plan.
- Data continuity: All your data carries over seamlessly when switching between plans. No data is lost during plan changes.
8. Failed Payments and Reactivation
- If a scheduled payment fails (for example, expired card, insufficient funds), your subscription will become inactive.
- While inactive, Premium features will be disabled but your data remains intact in your browser.
- To reactivate, update your payment method and renew your subscription. Access is restored immediately upon successful payment.
- Inactive periods are not credited or extended. Your new billing cycle starts from the reactivation date.
9. Free Trial
We do not currently offer free trials for paid plans. However, the Free plan is available indefinitely across all modules and provides access to core features so you can evaluate AI Toolbox before purchasing.
10. Modifications to This Policy
We may update this Pricing Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Material changes to pricing or refund terms will be communicated in advance through the extension or by email where possible.
