This Pricing Policy outlines the plans, pricing, billing terms, and refund conditions for AI Toolbox (formerly ChatGPT Toolbox), the unified browser extension published by Infi Developments. AI Toolbox covers four modules in one product: the ChatGPT module, the Gemini module, the Claude module, and the Grok module. By purchasing a paid plan, you agree to the terms described below.

Simple pricing, no surprises: All prices are displayed in USD before checkout. Every paid plan includes a 14-day money-back guarantee on your initial purchase, subject to our refund policy. Monthly and Annual subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel, and renewal charges are not covered by that guarantee.

1. Available Plans

AI Toolbox offers a single Free plan that covers all four modules and a paid Premium plan available in five billing options: Monthly per platform, Annual per platform, Lifetime per platform, Lifetime All Access (every current and future platform), and Teams (ChatGPT module only, for teams).

Free Plan

Access to core features across the ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and Grok modules, with usage limits including up to 2 folders, 2 pinned chats and bookmarks, 2 saved prompts, and 5 search results per query.

The All Access Lifetime plan is a single $199 one-time payment that unlocks every AI Toolbox module (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Grok) and every future platform we add to AI Toolbox, at no additional cost. New modules activate automatically when released. There are no recurring charges and no expiration date.

All Access Lifetime is processed by Polar. The 14-day money-back guarantee and Extensive Use rules apply across all included modules combined.

Teams Plan Billing

Teams plans are currently available for the ChatGPT module of AI Toolbox only. They are billed on a per-seat basis. Each seat costs $15 per month on monthly billing, or $12 per month on annual billing (billed as $144 per seat per year).

Adding seats mid-cycle: When you add seats during an active billing period, the cost is automatically prorated for the remaining days in the current cycle. The new seat is activated immediately.
Removing seats: Seat removals take effect at the start of the next renewal period. The removed member retains access until the current billing cycle ends, and you will not be charged for that seat on the next invoice.
Minimum and maximum seats: Teams plans require a minimum of 2 seats and support a maximum of 1000 seats at all times. For larger teams, contact us at [email protected].
Switching billing frequency: You can switch between monthly and annual billing at any time from the admin dashboard. When switching, any remaining balance from your current plan is automatically prorated and applied as credit toward the new billing frequency.

2. Pricing and Currency

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD).
Prices are inclusive of all applicable fees. Any local taxes or currency conversion charges applied by your bank or payment provider are your responsibility.
We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect active subscriptions until the next renewal period, and existing Lifetime license holders will not be affected.
Promotional or discounted pricing is valid only during the promotional period and cannot be applied retroactively.

3. Payment Methods

All current plans (Premium Monthly, Premium Annual, and Premium Lifetime for the ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and Grok modules, the All Access Lifetime plan, and Teams plans) are processed by Polar. Some legacy subscriptions purchased before our migration to Polar are still billed through LemonSqueezy and are managed from the LemonSqueezy customer portal linked in the original purchase confirmation email. We accept the following payment methods:

We do not store your payment details. All payment information is securely handled by our payment processors in compliance with PCI-DSS standards.

Email matching for entitlement (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude): To recognize your subscription on the correct module, the email you use at checkout must match the email on your ChatGPT, Gemini, or Claude account for that module. If your checkout email differs, contact us at [email protected] and we will reconcile your entitlement.

X handle matching for Grok: The Grok module identifies your account by your X (formerly Twitter) handle rather than an email, because Grok on x.com/i/grok exposes no email. Enter the @handle of the X account you use for Grok in the dedicated X-handle field at checkout; your Grok entitlement then applies across both x.com/i/grok and grok.com. If you mistype your handle, contact us at [email protected] and we will correct it.

4. Billing and Automatic Renewal

Monthly Premium Plan:

Your subscription is billed on the same date each month. Payment is charged automatically at the start of each billing cycle.
Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.

Annual Premium Plan:

Your subscription is billed once a year on the anniversary of your purchase date. Payment is charged automatically at the start of each billing year.
Your subscription will automatically renew each year unless you cancel before the renewal date.
Your subscription renews at the price stated in your original purchase confirmation unless we notify you of a change in advance. Prices published for new customers do not apply retroactively to existing subscriptions, in either direction.

Managing your renewal: Your renewal date and billing amount appear in your purchase confirmation email and in the customer portal linked from it. We do not send separate renewal reminder emails, so if you do not wish to renew, cancel before your renewal date. Cancellation is free, takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, and can be done at any time. Renewal charges are not refundable, see refund policy.

Teams Plan (ChatGPT module only):

Billed monthly or annually based on the number of active seats.
Seats can be added or removed at any time from the admin dashboard. Changes are prorated for the current billing period.
Invoices are issued per billing cycle and sent to the billing administrator's email.

Premium Lifetime and All Access Lifetime:

A single payment is charged at the time of purchase. No future billing occurs.
All Access Lifetime automatically grants access to any new platforms added to AI Toolbox in the future, with no further charges.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on the initial purchase of any paid plan (Premium Monthly, Premium Annual, Premium Lifetime, All Access Lifetime, and Teams), subject to the eligibility rules in our refund policy. It does not apply to renewal charges.

Eligibility: You may request a refund within 14 calendar days of your initial purchase, provided the service has not been used extensively (see our refund policy for the specific thresholds). An initial purchase is the first payment on a new subscription, or a one-time Lifetime or All Access Lifetime purchase.
Renewals are not refundable: The 14-day guarantee does not apply to renewal charges on Monthly, Annual, or Teams subscriptions. Cancel before your renewal date to avoid being charged. Renewals are refunded only on the specific grounds listed in our refund policy, such as a duplicate charge, an unauthorized charge, or a charge made after you had already cancelled, or where mandatory consumer law in your country requires it.

Processing time: Once approved, refunds are issued within 5-10 business days to the original payment method. Please allow up to an additional 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
After the refund period: Requests made after the 14-day window are considered only on the specific grounds listed in our refund policy, such as a defective service, a duplicate or unauthorized charge, or a legal requirement. They are reviewed case by case and are not guaranteed.
Mandatory consumer rights: Nothing in this policy limits any right you have under the mandatory consumer protection law of your country of residence. Where such law requires a remedy this policy does not provide, that law prevails.
Upon refund: Your account will revert to the Free plan immediately. Data stored locally in your browser will remain accessible, but Premium features will be disabled.

Monthly Premium Plan:

You may cancel your subscription at any time. No contracts, no cancellation fees.
After cancellation, you retain full access to Premium features until the end of your current billing period.
Once the billing period ends, your account reverts to the Free plan. Your data remains in your browser but feature limits will apply.

Teams Plan (ChatGPT module only):

The billing administrator may cancel the Teams subscription at any time.
Access continues until the end of the current billing period for all team members.
Individual seats can be removed without cancelling the entire plan.

Premium Lifetime and All Access Lifetime:

Lifetime access does not require cancellation. There are no recurring charges and no expiration date.

7. Plan Changes and Upgrades

Free to Premium: You can upgrade from the Free plan to any paid plan at any time. Premium features activate immediately upon successful payment.
Monthly to Lifetime: You can switch from a monthly subscription to the Lifetime plan at any time. Your monthly subscription will be cancelled and Lifetime access will begin immediately.
Single-platform Lifetime to All Access Lifetime: Contact us at [email protected] to apply the value of your existing Lifetime purchase as credit toward the All Access Lifetime plan.
Individual to Teams (ChatGPT module only): Contact us at [email protected] to migrate your account to a Teams plan.
Data continuity: All your data carries over seamlessly when switching between plans. No data is lost during plan changes.

8. Failed Payments and Reactivation

If a scheduled payment fails (for example, expired card, insufficient funds), your subscription will become inactive.
While inactive, Premium features will be disabled but your data remains intact in your browser.
To reactivate, update your payment method and renew your subscription. Access is restored immediately upon successful payment.
Inactive periods are not credited or extended. Your new billing cycle starts from the reactivation date.

9. Free Trial

We do not currently offer free trials for paid plans. However, the Free plan is available indefinitely across all modules and provides access to core features so you can evaluate AI Toolbox before purchasing.

We may update this Pricing Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Material changes to pricing or refund terms will be communicated in advance through the extension or by email where possible.
