These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of AI Toolbox (formerly ChatGPT Toolbox), the unified Chrome extension published by Infi Developments ("we", "us", "our").AI Toolbox bundles three modules in one product: the ChatGPT module, the Gemini module, and the Claude module (each an "Extension Module", collectively "the Extension"). By installing or using the Extension, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Extension.

1. Description of Service

Infi Developments publishes AI Toolbox, a single Chrome extension that enhances three third-party AI platforms through three dedicated modules:

• ChatGPT module: Enhances the ChatGPT interface in all Chromium browsers with organizational tools including folders, subfolders, pinned chats, bookmarks, prompt management, prompt chaining, bulk actions, media gallery, audio download, usage tracking, search, export (TXT, Markdown, JSON, PDF), smart tags, custom themes, RTL support, and cross-device sync.
• Gemini module: Adds full-text search with date, role, and exact-match filters, export (TXT, Markdown, JSON, PDF), background sync, and keyboard shortcuts to Google Gemini.
• Claude module: Adds full-text search with exact match, bookmarks, export (TXT, JSON), multi language UI (10 locales with RTL support), and background sync to Claude.

Every module operates as a client-side tool within your browser. Your AI conversation content never leaves your browser and is never transmitted to our servers.

2. Plans and Pricing

AI Toolbox offers a single Free plan that covers all modules and a paid Premium plan available in four billing options.

Plans available across all modules

• Free: Core features across the ChatGPT, Gemini, and Claude modules with usage limits including up to 2 folders, 2 pinned chats and bookmarks, 2 saved prompts, and 5 search results per query. No account or payment required.
• Premium Monthly (per platform): Unlimited access to all features in one chosen module. The ChatGPT module is $9.99/month, the Gemini module is $9.99/month, and the Claude module is $9.99/month. Billed automatically each month.
• Premium Lifetime (per platform): All Premium features in one chosen module with a one-time payment of $99 (ChatGPT module), $99 (Gemini module), or $99 (Claude module). Includes lifetime access and all future updates for that module.
• All Access Lifetime: All Premium features in every current and future AI Toolbox module for a single one-time payment of $149. New platforms are unlocked automatically as we add them.
• Enterprise (ChatGPT module only): All Premium features for the ChatGPT module across an entire team, plus admin dashboard, seat management, centralized billing, and team analytics. Priced at $12/seat/month (or $10/seat/month billed annually). Minimum 5 seats.

Enterprise plans are currently available for the ChatGPT module only.

3. Account and Eligibility

• The free plan is available to all users without age restrictions.
• Purchasing a paid plan requires a valid payment method (credit card, PayPal, or Apple Pay), which is limited to individuals of legal age in their jurisdiction.
• Email matching for entitlement: To recognize your paid subscription on the correct module, the email you use at checkout must match the email on your ChatGPT, Gemini, or Claude account for that module. If your checkout email differs, contact us at [email protected] and we will reconcile your entitlement.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
• Enterprise accounts (ChatGPT module only) are managed by a designated billing administrator who is responsible for seat management and billing.

4. Payment and Billing

• Individual plans (Premium Monthly and Premium Lifetime for the ChatGPT, Gemini, and Claude modules, as well as the All Access Lifetime plan) are processed securely by Polar. Enterprise plans (currently available for the ChatGPT module only) are processed securely by LemonSqueezy. We do not store your credit card details.
• Monthly subscriptions renew automatically. You will be charged at the start of each billing cycle unless you cancel before the renewal date.
• If a payment fails, your subscription will become inactive and Premium features will be disabled until payment is resolved. Your data remains intact in your browser.
• We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect active subscriptions until the next renewal, and Lifetime and All Access Lifetime license holders will not be affected by future price changes.

5. Refunds and Cancellation

• You may request a refund within 14 calendar days of your initial purchase or most recent renewal by contacting [email protected]. Refunds are subject to our refund policy, which voids eligibility when the service has been used extensively during the 14-day window.
• You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time. No contracts, no cancellation fees. After cancellation, you retain Premium access until the end of your current billing period.
• Upon cancellation or refund, your account reverts to the Free plan. Data stored locally in your browser remains accessible, but Premium features and usage limits will apply.
• Lifetime and All Access Lifetime licenses do not require cancellation. They have no recurring charges and no expiration.

6. Lifetime License Terms

• A "Lifetime License" or "One-Time Purchase" grants you a perpetual license to use the applicable AI Toolbox module (or every module, if you purchased All Access Lifetime) for as long as the Extension remains operational and publicly available.
• Lifetime access includes all current features and all future updates for that module at no additional cost.
• The All Access Lifetime plan additionally unlocks every new platform we add to AI Toolbox in the future, at no extra cost.
• If we ever discontinue AI Toolbox entirely, we will provide reasonable advance notice. In the unlikely event of discontinuation within 12 months of your purchase, you will be eligible for a full refund.

Enterprise Terms

Enterprise plans are currently available for the ChatGPT module only.

Team Admin Responsibilities

• The designated team admin is responsible for managing seats, inviting and removing team members, and overseeing billing for the Enterprise account.
• The admin is the primary point of contact for billing inquiries and account changes.

Seat Management

• Enterprise plans require a minimum of 5 seats and support a maximum of 200 seats. For larger teams, contact us at [email protected].
• Seats can be added or removed at any time from the admin dashboard.

Acceptable Use for Teams

• Each team member must have their own dedicated seat. Sharing a single seat between multiple individuals is not permitted.
• All team members are subject to the same acceptable use terms outlined in these Terms of Service.

Data Handling for Organizations

• Organization admins can view aggregate usage statistics only, such as total messages sent, total sessions, and active member counts.
• Individual conversation content is never accessible to admins or to our servers. Each team member's conversation content remains private and stored locally in their browser.

7. License and Acceptable Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Extension for personal or business productivity purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Extension.
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the Extension.
• Redistribute, sublicense, rent, lease, or sell access to the Extension.
• Use the Extension in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Extension or its sync servers.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' data.

8. Intellectual Property

• AI Toolbox, including its code, design, branding (including the legacy ChatGPT Toolbox brand and the per-module trademarks), and documentation, is the intellectual property of Infi Developments and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
• Your use of the Extension does not transfer any ownership rights to you.
• All content you create using the Extension (folders, prompts, bookmarks) remains your property. We do not claim any ownership over your data.

9. Data and Privacy

• Your AI conversations never leave your browser. We do not collect, store, or have access to your conversation content. This applies to every module of AI Toolbox.
• When you use sync features, only metadata such as folder names, prompts, conversation IDs, message IDs, and usage statistics are transmitted to our servers, all encrypted at rest. We cannot read this data.
• Individual plans (across the ChatGPT, Gemini, and Claude modules, including All Access Lifetime) are handled by Polar. Enterprise plans are handled by LemonSqueezy. We receive only your email and payment status from the relevant processor for subscription verification.
• We do not use cookies. We do not use analytics on our website or within the Extension.
• Each module has its own privacy policy section, all reachable from our unified Privacy Policy.

10. Third-Party Dependencies

• The Extension operates on top of third-party AI platforms: ChatGPT (OpenAI), Google Gemini (Google), and Claude (Anthropic). Functionality depends on these platforms' availability and policies.
• Changes to these third-party platforms may temporarily or permanently affect module functionality. We will make reasonable efforts to adapt to such changes but cannot guarantee compatibility at all times.
• We are not responsible for any issues arising from changes to third-party platforms, browser policies, or API modifications outside our control.

11. Service Availability

• We strive to maintain reliable and continuous availability of the Extension and its sync services. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
• We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability. Where possible, we will provide advance notice of planned downtime.
• The Extension operates primarily within your browser. Core features remain functional even if our servers are temporarily unavailable. Only sync between devices requires server connectivity.

12. Support

• Free users: Support is provided on a best-effort basis with a typical response time of 48 hours.
• Premium Monthly users: Priority support with a 24-hour response time.
• Premium Lifetime and All Access Lifetime users: Top-priority support.
• Enterprise users (ChatGPT module): Dedicated priority support with a 12-hour response time.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Extension is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• We make no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
• We do not warrant that the Extension will meet your specific requirements, operate without interruption, or be free of errors.

This disclaimer does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law, including EU consumer protection regulations.

14. Limitation of Liability

• To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Infi Developments shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Extension.
• Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

15. Termination

• You may stop using the Extension and uninstall it at any time. Uninstalling removes all locally stored data from your browser.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Extension if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the service.
• In the event of termination for cause, we will provide notice and, where reasonable, an opportunity to remedy the violation before access is revoked.
• If we terminate your access without cause, you will be entitled to a pro-rata refund for any prepaid and unused subscription period.
• Server-side data deletion requires a separate request to [email protected].

16. Changes to These Terms

• We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
• For material changes (such as modifications to pricing, refund terms, or your rights), we will make reasonable efforts to notify you through the Extension or by email at least 14 days in advance.
• Continued use of the Extension after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you disagree with any changes, you may stop using the Extension and request a refund if within the refund period.

17. Governing Law and Disputes

• These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict of law principles.
• Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts in Israel.
• If you are a consumer in the European Union, you retain any mandatory consumer protection rights granted by the laws of your country of residence, and nothing in these Terms limits those rights.

18. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.

19. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our unified Privacy Policy and Pricing Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Infi Developments regarding your use of AI Toolbox, superseding any prior agreements or understandings, including any prior agreements made under the legacy ChatGPT Toolbox brand.
