The gap
Claude's sidebar offers renaming, a search that matches titles only, delete one chat at a time, and Projects: a single container with its own instructions and knowledge files on paid plans, but with no subfolders, no message search, no bookmarks and no bulk actions.
That is fine for a dozen chats. Daily users pass a hundred within weeks, and at that point the cost is real: minutes scrolling for a thread you know exists, work redone because the earlier conversation could not be found, and decisions buried under three hundred newer titles. Folders, search and bulk actions are the missing layer, and a browser extension is the only way to add them inside claude.ai.

Folder names, bookmarks, prompts and tags sync across your devices, encrypted at rest. Conversation content never leaves your browser. Works with every Claude plan and model, since the extension sits on the interface.

Smart Tags
Smart Tags reads each conversation and groups it under Coding, Math and Science, Research, Writing or Business, with counts per category and your own custom rules. It is the fastest way to see what your Claude history is made of.
Full-text search
Search History scans the text of every message and highlights each match inside its conversation. Turn on Exact Match to find a phrase you know you used, then click the result to open the chat at that message.
Bookmarks
Bookmark a message inside any conversation and it appears in the Bookmarks panel with its conversation title. Open it and AI Toolbox scrolls to the message and highlights it, so the plan Claude wrote three weeks ago is one click away.
Bulk actions
Manage Chats lists every conversation with its date. Multi-select, then delete, move to a folder or export the batch to TXT, Markdown, JSON or PDF. It is the only way to clean up a long Claude history without clicking through it one chat at a time.
Context Mentions
Type @@ in the composer and pick an earlier chat. Its content is attached as context to the new message, so the architecture decision you settled last month travels into today's session without a copy-paste.
