The gap
OpenAI's Team plan shares a workspace and a bill for ChatGPT itself. It does not organize anyone's sidebar, share a prompt set, or show a manager how the seats are used, and it stops at ChatGPT.
In practice each member still scrolls a flat list of chats, retypes the brief prompt a colleague already perfected, and files nothing. Managers see an invoice, not adoption. When someone leaves, their prompts and structure leave with them. Add Gemini, Claude or Grok to the mix and there are now three or four of everything.

Seat usage, the adjust-seats control, invite-by-email and the members table with roles. Adding seats charges a prorated amount for the rest of the period; removals take effect at the next renewal, and removed members drop to the free plan with their data intact.
What the admin gets
Real renders of the admin dashboard with sample organization data. Members never see it; they just get Premium in the extension.
Shared prompt library
Admins and editors publish team prompts with platform and category tags and see use counts. Members insert them by typing // in ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude or Grok, alongside their own saved prompts. This is the one asset Teams actually shares; folders and conversations stay per person.
