How to bulk export ChatGPT conversations with AI Toolbox

- Open Manage Chats. On chatgpt.com, click the round AI Toolbox button in the bottom-right corner and choose Manage Chats. You will see your conversation list with checkboxes.
- Select what to export. Tick individual conversations or use Select All Chats. To narrow a long list first, type in Search chat titles or filter by tag. To export a whole folder instead, open that folder and click Export Folder.
- Click the green Export button in Manage Chats.
