What is included in the Teams plan?
Every Premium feature on ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Grok, plus a shared prompt library curated by admins, an admin dashboard with seat and role management, aggregate usage analytics, one invoice for the organization, and dedicated priority support.
What is the minimum number of seats?
2 seats. You can add seats any time from the admin dashboard, prorated for the rest of the billing period, and remove them at the next renewal. Self-serve checkout covers up to 1,000 seats.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Teams comes with a 14-day free trial that starts at checkout: pick a seat count, invite the team, and you are not charged until the trial ends. Cancel from the billing portal before then and you pay nothing. Your first payment after the trial is also covered by the 14-day money-back guarantee under the eligibility rules in our refund policy.
How does billing work for teams?
One subscription and one invoice for the whole organization, billed per seat monthly (from $15/seat) or annually (from $12/seat, 20% less). Larger teams pay a lower per-seat rate that applies to every seat. Switching between monthly and annual is prorated automatically.
