If something doesn't look right
I don't see Billing in the menu
Only the owner, the person who paid, sees Billing. If you are an admin, ask the owner. If you open the page anyway, it says Owner access only.
Nothing opened when I clicked Manage Subscription
The portal opens in a new tab. Look at your tabs at the top of the browser. If a message says "We couldn't reach the billing portal. Please try again later.", wait a few minutes and try again.
It says You've made too many changes
Opening the billing portal counts toward the same hourly limit as seat and member changes. Wait an hour and try again.
The dashboard shows a paused or cancelled banner
While the plan is paused, cancelled or past due, invites and other changes are paused. Open Billing. If paused or set to end, click Resume Subscription. If past due, click Update Payment Method. If already cancelled, email [email protected].
