How to sign in to the AI Toolbox Teams dashboard (for admins)

For admins. Open ai-toolbox.co/enterprise/login, type your email and the temporary password from your welcome email, and click Sign in. The first time, you choose your own password. Signing in also turns on Premium for your seat in that browser. You can add two-step sign-in in Settings.

Step by step

  1. Open the admin sign-in page

    Use the browser where you use AI Toolbox. Click the sign-in link in your welcome email, or go to ai-toolbox.co/enterprise/login.

    You can also open the Teams page and click Already an admin? Log in at the top.

    You should see: A page that says Sign in as an admin.

  2. Type your email and temporary password

    In Work email, type the email you paid with (or the email that was made an admin). In Password, paste the temporary password from the welcome email. Then click Sign in.

    You should see: The first time, a page that says Set a new password.

  3. Choose your own password

    Paste the temporary password into Current password. Type a new password in New password and again in Confirm new password.

    It needs at least 8 characters, one lowercase letter, one uppercase letter, one number and one special character, such as ! or #. The list under the box shows which rules you have met. Click Continue to Dashboard.

    You should see: The dashboard opens on Overview, with your team name at the top and a menu on the left.

  4. Check that Premium turned on in this browser

    Look at the bottom of the menu on the left. Signing in turns on Premium for your own seat in this browser, and it says Extension active.

    If you see Install extension and Activate instead, install AI Toolbox, come back to this tab and click Activate. Then reload ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or Grok.

    You should see: Extension active with a green dot. On the AI site, the small label above the AI Toolbox button says TEAM.

  5. Rename your team (owner only)

    Your team starts with the name My Organization. On Overview, click the pencil icon next to the name, type a new name and click Save.

    You should see: The new name at the top of Overview and in the menu on the left.

  6. Turn on two-step sign-in (optional)

    Click Settings in the menu on the left. Under Two-Factor Authentication, click Enable 2FA.

    Open an authenticator app on your phone, such as Google Authenticator or Authy, and scan the square code on the screen. Click Next, type the 6-digit code from the app and click Verify & Enable.

    Save the backup codes somewhere safe. Each one works once if you lose your phone. Then click "I've saved my codes".

    You should see: A 2FA Enabled badge. From now on, sign-in asks for a Verification code after your password.

    At the code step, type the 6-digit code from your app, or one 8-character backup code, and click Verify and continue.

If something doesn't look right

It says Incorrect email or password

Use the email you paid with, and copy the temporary password exactly, with no space at the end. If it still fails, click Forgot password?, type your email and click Send Reset Link. The link in that email works for 1 hour.

It says my account is temporarily locked

Too many wrong passwords lock sign-in for a while. The message tells you how many minutes to wait. You can also reset your password with Forgot password? instead of guessing.

I lost my phone and can't get a 2FA code

On the code step, type one of your 8-character backup codes into Verification code and click Verify and continue. Each backup code works once. If you have no backup codes, email [email protected].

The dashboard says Limited Access

Your role is no longer Admin, so you can't manage the team from the dashboard. Ask the owner or another admin to change your role back to Admin on the Seats page.

I was signed out of the dashboard

A dashboard sign-in lasts 24 hours. Sign in again with your email and password. This does not affect Premium in the extension.

AI Toolbox still shows FREE after I signed in

Make sure AI Toolbox is installed in the same browser, and the same browser profile, as the dashboard. Click Activate at the bottom left of the dashboard if you see it, then reload the AI site.

Free and Premium

Only the team owner and admins can sign in to the dashboard. Editors and viewers never need it: they use AI Toolbox inside ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Grok.

Where do I log in to AI Toolbox Teams?

Owners and admins sign in to the AI Toolbox Teams dashboard at ai-toolbox.co/enterprise/login, on the page that says Sign in as an admin. You can also reach it from the Teams page with Already an admin? Log in. Team members don't sign in there: they accept their invite email instead.

Where is my AI Toolbox Teams admin password?

After checkout, AI Toolbox emails the owner a temporary password in a message called Welcome to AI Toolbox Teams: your admin credentials. New admins get the same email when they are promoted. Use it once to sign in, and the dashboard asks you to choose your own password right away.

How do I reset my AI Toolbox Teams password?

Go to ai-toolbox.co/enterprise/login and click Forgot password. Type your admin email and click Send Reset Link. AI Toolbox emails you a link that works for 1 hour. Open it, choose a new password that meets the rules shown, and click Reset Password. Then sign in with the new password.

Does AI Toolbox Teams support two-factor authentication?

Yes. In the AI Toolbox Teams dashboard, open Settings and click Enable 2FA under Two-Factor Authentication. Scan the code with an authenticator app, type the 6-digit code, and save your 10 backup codes. After that, every sign-in asks for a code from the app or one backup code.

Does signing in to the Teams dashboard turn on Premium?

Yes. When an owner or admin signs in to the AI Toolbox Teams dashboard, AI Toolbox turns on Premium for their own seat in that same browser. The menu on the left then says Extension active. Reload ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or Grok and every Premium feature is unlocked.
